At the heart of this home stands a one-of-a-kind stairway; an architectural centerpiece that is as functional as it is breathtaking. Far from an off-the-shelf solution, this stair was entirely custom designed and engineered by Halliday Construction. Jared Halliday developed custom jigs to shape and assemble the components, designed bespoke brackets fabricated specifically for this project, and meticulously planned every detail down to the screws. The process demanded careful attention to building codes, ergonomics, and the evolution of the space itself.
